Famous Art Re-Imagined As Your Dream House

by on August 18, 2015

Ever wish your favorite artist had had the foresight to become an architect and build you your dream house?

Illustrator Federico Babina has taken the guess work out of what those fanciful constructions would have looked like. His recent graphic series, “Archist” re-imagines the styles of Roy Lichtenstein, Gerhard Richter, Andy Warhol, and other beloved famed and obscure 20th century artists as architectural visions.

Each “building” pulls the most recognizable features of the artist’s modus operandi (the dots of Lichtenstein, Dali’s egg obsession, etc) and re-works them into structurally sound variations anyone would be proud to call home.
