Gung Ho for Do-Ho Suhs’ Fabric Sculptures

by on May 7, 2015

For Korean artist Do-Ho Suh, it’s all about experiencing an installation in a new way. His sheer, ghostly, and stunning fabric sculptures recreate familiar feelings of home interwoven with the ghost like ability to see through walls. His largest work to date was created for the inauguration of the Seoul National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, and is an exacting scaled model of the two homes he’s lived in, with one fitting snugly inside the other.
