It’s sadly still winter. A time for hot beverages, big sweaters, inclement weather and the common cold. But don’t get too down about it, pretty soon spring will be peeking its head from around the corner, and winter will come to an end. In the meantime, listen to these tracks to start your winter playlist; songs that will make you feel warm inside.
1. “I Know Places” – Lykke Li
Lykke Li’s voice is warm and inviting like hot cocoa. This Swedish indie-pop singer and writer has made a small dent in the US music scene with her simple lyrics and soothing pitch. This song will make you yearn for your blanket, and put you in a namaste kind of mood.

2. “Breathe” – Delilah
Delilah is a British singer-songwriter with coffeehouse-blues and soulful tendencies. Her song Breathe is a perfect example of how she fuses the two together. She has sang with Emeli Sandé and opened up for Prince, but still has not crossed over to mainstream. However, her artistry speaks for itself.

3. “Golden Train” – Justin Nozuka
You may know him from his 2008 hit, “After Tonight,” an acoustic love ballad. Since his debut album, Justin has continued with his singing and musicianship. His most recent projects focus on his raspy vocals as well as his guitar skills
