Transparency and Ethereal: Yuko Takada Keller

by on June 1, 2015

Japanese artist Yuko Takada Keller studied weaving in University, but soon after switched her medium of choice to tracing paper, the transparency and etherealism of which appealed to her.

Since the early 90’s when she began, Keller has been making her paper installations for shows around the world. Most, however, end up in exhibitions in her native Japan or in Denmark where she has lived since 1997.
