Tapestries might not seem like the modern day technique for showcasing one’s talent, but for Parisian artists Frederique Morrel it’s the best way.
After the loss of a grandmother’s tapestry, the husband and wife team of Frederique Morrel realized what a timeless treasure tapestries can be. Digging through rummage sales they recovered other tapestries and turned them into trophies. The found embroidery is then pieced together and cover taxidermy molds and topped off with real antlers.
